Can items be gift-wrapped?
If requested, we will provide you with our signature ACQUIRE gift wrap - an elegant box with ribbon and our oversized giftcard.
Do you offer design consulting?
Yes! ACQUIRE offers a full spectrum of design services, to include, on-site consultation to the re-furbishing & renovation of entire residences. For further inquiries please call or send an email detailing your project in full.
Do you offer a designer discount?
We offer a 15% discount to all interior designers and architects. We require a resale certificate and identification. Your information will be kept on file for future purchases.
Can I place an item on hold?
We will be happy to hold merchandise for a 24-hour period.
What is your return policy?
Select merchandise purchased from our website may be returned for store credit (minus original shipping and handling fees or any discounts) only within 7 days of purchase if in original condition and in original packaging. Our sales associates are happy to answer any specific questions regarding returns. |
